The Bangkok Vault publishes personal experience and practical planning information for adults. Prices, promotions, opening hours, transport conditions and hotel policies can change. Check details directly with the provider before paying or traveling.

Calculators are planning estimates based on the inputs and assumptions displayed. They do not cover every possible expense or guarantee a particular price or experience. The guide and consultation are not professional legal, medical, investment, tax or immigration advice.

The private consultation is a separate 45-minute planning conversation at a $99 USD launch price. Applying does not book a session. Any invitation must state the total payable amount, cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms before you decide to pay. No payment is collected by this public website.

How links help fund the guide.

Some booking and referral links may earn the site a commission when you complete a qualifying purchase. Commercial links should be identified in visible text near the recommendation. A commission does not guarantee availability, a lower price or a good fit for your trip.

Booking, payment and cancellation happen with the provider you choose. Read its current price and terms before purchasing. Reviews and estimates should be judged by their stated source and date, not by an implied partnership or endorsement.

Your information.

You can read the guide and use its calculators without an account. Calculator inputs stay in your browser; the calculator does not send your budget or travel plan to the site operator.

Questions and applications

Page-question forms ask for a category and question and include the page name. They do not ask for your name or email, but a hosting or form provider may process technical data such as your IP address. Please avoid putting identifying information in a public-guide question.

Consultation applications ask for a name, email address, city or time zone, topic, message and acknowledgment of the session boundaries. This information is used to assess the request, communicate about it and arrange a session if it is a fit. It is not an email-marketing signup.

Enabled forms are processed through Netlify Forms (privacy notice, opens in a new tab). The site operator and people authorized to administer the service can access submissions. Provider processing may take place outside your country.

Retention and requests

Submitted information should be kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting booking or record-keeping obligations. This site does not claim an automatic deletion schedule. Contact the operator to ask about your information, correct an application or request deletion; the response depends on the records held and applicable requirements.

Browser storage and third parties

The website does not currently include an analytics or advertising script. It may store a form-completion marker for the current browser tab; this marker contains the form name, not your answers. If you choose Save on this device in the budget planner, its inputs, currency and exchange rate are kept in browser storage. The app checklist also remembers checked items on that device. Neither feature sends those choices to the operator. Hosting providers may maintain operational and security logs.

External services, including maps, app stores, booking sites and Telegram, apply their own terms and privacy practices. Follow an external link only if you are comfortable using that service.

Do not submit passports, health records, bank or card information, intimate material or other sensitive documents.

Adults and consent.

This guide discusses nightlife, alcohol and adult social situations. It is intended for adults who may lawfully access that information where they live. The public site does not host explicit sexual media. The separate Telegram channel may contain adult material.

Respect the people and places you visit. Ask permission before recording or publishing identifiable people. Permission to record is not automatically permission to publish. The site does not arrange introductions, adult services or illegal activity, and cannot control third-party conduct.

Credits and corrections.

Original writing and media remain with their respective creators. A visible source credit does not, by itself, establish a reuse license. If an image credit, permission or factual detail needs review, send the exact page and the concern to the contact below.

Venue details should identify when and how they were checked. If something has closed, a price changed or a policy differs from the guide, a precise correction helps keep the information useful.
